"The Beatle who was involved in the incident was Paul McCartney, according to Dwyer. The other three - Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and John Lennon - were ‘above reproach,’ Dwyer said. — He said that when police, acting on information that McCartney had a girl in his room, demanded entrance, they found the door secured with a night chain. Police called on the Beatles’ tour manager to shout to McCartney that he would be jailed unless the girl was out of the room within two minutes. Dwyer said a young blonde came out within the time limit and had identification to show that she was 21." Scanned from Bill Carlson’s book, The Beatles!
