Paul McCartney | So Bad

It’s December 8, 1980, around 11:00 P.M.
John Lennon has just been rushed to the hospital after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. Roosevelt Hospital plays muzak (instrumental background music found often in businesses and hospitals) and the song that’s playing as John is in the Emergency Room is “All My Loving.”Just weeks earlier, John praised the song written by Paul McCartney saying “All My Loving is (written by) Paul, I regret to say… (laughs)… because it’s a damn good piece of work. But I play a mean guitar in the back.”
The rendition of the song above, is most likely close, if not exactly, what was playing those last moments. I believe this is the last thing John Lennon heard. We love you forever John.
Close your eyes and I’ll kiss you, tomorrow I’ll miss you…
